Hey all, I’ve been thinking a lot about Patricia Medina’s role in this case. Being the only eyewitness and going through the stress of depositions and a trial must have been incredibly daunting. Can't imagine how tough it must have been for her to relive such a horrific event over and over. It’s intriguing how her recorded testimonies were used in Acosta’s trial instead of live testimony. Does anyone think this could have affected the jury’s perception of her statement? I’m not questioning the outcome, but it’s interesting to consider how the presentation of evidence can play out in court. My heart goes out to Kimberly’s family during all of this. They deserve justice and peace.
