Hey everyone, I've been following Reginald Simmons' case for a while now, and something that really stands out to me is how much silence surrounds it. It's really tough to digest how potential witnesses haven't come forward. I often wonder what could motivate this kind of silence. Is it fear of retaliation because of the high crime rates back then, or maybe a sense of hopelessness with so many cases unresolved in that area during 2011?
