I just wanted to bring up the bravery of Brittney Anderson, Major's mom, during the trial. It's hard to even imagine the strength it took for her to face the person accused of taking her son's life and share her story in such a public way. Her courage in identifying Lindsey as the shooter played a crucial role in the case, and I firmly believe it helped bring justice for Major.
It's so unfair that a mother has to go through something as traumatic as this, especially when the rest of us are just hearing the details from a distance. Brittney's determination to seek justice and ensure that Major's story was heard is truly commendable. I hope this will inspire others in similar horrifying circumstances to find their voice too.
Let’s remember Major and keep discussing broader solutions to prevent such heartbreaking incidents from happening again. My heart goes out to Brittney, Major’s family, and everyone who loved him.

I'm still thinking about the brave testimony Major's mother, Brittney Anderson, gave during the trial. I can't even imagine the strength it must have taken for her to stand up in court and face the person she believed responsible for her son's death. Her words painted such a vivid picture of the loss she and her family have been burdened with. It's just unimaginable what she’s been through and continues to face each day without Major. It’s so important that we support families like hers who have endured such tragedy due to senseless violence. We need to keep talking about these issues and push for change to prevent more families from suffering the way Major's has.
