I can't stop thinking about how unbelievably courageous Zeljka must have been. To continue working and caring for others as a nurse after enduring such horrific stalking and fear from her ex-husband is beyond admirable. It truly speaks to her character and resilience. It's gut-wrenching to imagine living with that kind of fear, especially knowing that Dragan had already shown violent tendencies. The fact that she went through all of this while being a loving mom to Jovana and Anastasija is truly remarkable. My heart goes out to her daughters and family. It's a devastating loss for the community as well, considering how her colleagues and patients remembered her fondly. Let's hope they find some strength and support in this difficult time.
