Does anyone else find the whole timeline of events in Champaine Adkins' case unsettling? She was found shot in her car on Cleveland Avenue, and although two men were eventually arrested, I'm still left with so many questions. What were Rayshawn Jami Penn and Rico Brown Sr. doing before this all unfolded? Why were they in that area, and what led them to target Champaine and Charisse Hampton? It’s so frustrating when pieces of the puzzle feel like they’re missing. Champaine's family deserves to know every detail about what happened to their loved one. I just hope the judicial system can bring some semblance of peace to them. Thoughts?
