I came across Alisha Ann Woodson's case recently, and it just got me thinking about how incredibly senseless and random these drive-by shootings are. It breaks my heart to imagine Alisha and her friends simply being out, maybe just trying to have a good time, and then being caught up in such a tragic situation. It's so unfair that no arrests have been made yet. I truly hope that someone comes forward with information. Alisha's family and friends deserve closure, and the community should not have to live with the fear of such violence going unanswered. Does anyone else feel like there's more that the local authorities could do, or is there something about this area that makes it harder to solve these types of crimes?
