I recently stumbled across this case while browsing through some older missing persons reports, and I can't stop thinking about David John Brown's last statement to his family. Telling them to "sell everything" because he wouldn’t be coming back is such an ominous thing to say. It makes me wonder what was going through his mind at that moment. Was he planning to disappear voluntarily, or did he sense some impending danger? The fact that he left in a car without license plates piques my curiosity too. It almost seems like he was trying to erase his tracks or start fresh somewhere else. What are everyone’s thoughts on this? Could a possible mental health crisis have played a role, or do you think there’s something more sinister at play here? Would love to hear any theories or insights you all might have!
