Has anyone else been following the way the community in Akron has reacted to Deontae Henderson’s case? It's so tragic what his family has had to endure. I’ve read that tensions were high during the sentencing, with people in the community feeling divided over the outcome. It's a tough situation because you can see the pain on both sides—Henderson's family dealing with an unimaginable loss and Poole's family with the daunting realization of what their son did. I wonder how the community is healing now, years later. It just seems like such a heavy burden for everyone involved. If anyone from Akron is here, how has the community been handling this? Would love to hear more about efforts for healing and any support systems that have emerged from it all.
