I've been following Kristen Malinowski's case, and it's just so incredibly sad. I can't stop thinking about what her family and friends must be going through. The detail that really gets to me is how this all happened so suddenly and tragically for her. It’s terrifying to think she was living in fear because of Shindler's obsession. From what I understand, despite being so young, Kristen seemed to have such a spirit of tenacity, juggling so much with her work and her dreams in the health field while helping take care of her grandparents. It sounds like she had such a promising future ahead of her, and it's just devastating that it was stolen by someone who couldn't respect her boundaries. I hope her story raises awareness about the serious threat that stalking poses. No one should have to live in fear like she did, and there should be more resources to help people in these situations. My thoughts are with her family as they navigate this unimaginable tragedy.
