I’ve been thinking a lot about the impact of JoJo Holloway’s tragic death on their family, especially Melisa Mora, JoJo's sister who was injured in the same incident. I can't even begin to imagine the emotional and physical pain she must be going through right now. Losing a sibling under such horrifying circumstances and then surviving with injuries yourself is unimaginable. The bond between siblings is so unique, and having that shattered must be indescribably painful. In times like these, family and community support is crucial. I hope Melisa and the rest of JoJo’s family are surrounded by loved ones and are receiving the support they need. This senseless act of violence not only took JoJo and Brent Black from their loved ones but also deeply affected everyone involved, shattering many lives. I wonder what measures the community is taking to support victims of such tragedies and to promote healing and solidarity among residents. It’s essential that we come together to foster a sense of safety and unity in the aftermath of such violence. Sending my thoughts to the Holloway family and everyone else touched by this terrible event.
