Did anyone else read about the unconfirmed sighting of Larry Roberts a few months after he vanished? According to a post I came across in a local Louisville newspaper archive, someone thought they saw him at a diner close to the state line. The article didn’t mention much about how credible the sighting was or how thoroughly it was investigated. I wonder if that lead was ever pursued in depth. Sometimes those early tips can make a difference, and it’s frustrating not knowing if they were fully explored. If anyone has more info or remembers hearing about this back then, I'd be interested to know if it turned up anything tangible. It’s tough seeing families left with so many unanswered questions over so many years.
