I've been thinking a lot about Ivory Ross and the pain his family must be enduring after all these years. What really stands out to me is how his case embodies the broader struggle that Detroit faces with unsolved homicides. It breaks my heart to think about his family still waiting for justice, just one story among so many in the city. The establishment of the cold case webpage by the Detroit Police Department seems like a step in the right direction, but what's more concerning is whether it’s making a real difference. I wonder if his case might benefit from a fresh set of eyes or from technological advancements in forensics. Is anyone aware if there's been any recent movement or renewed interest in solving these cold cases, particularly Ivory’s? It would be incredibly meaningful if his family could get some answers after all this time.
