I recently got into researching Robert's case and stumbled upon something intriguing about Springerville. I've read a few accounts about the area near the Apache Reservation where he might have been last seen, and it seems like there were a lot of transient folks passing through during that time. I'm curious if anyone has looked into whether someone from outside the area could have had a run-in with him. It makes me wonder if we're just focusing on local leads when the answer might be with someone just passing through or someone who knew how to remain under the radar. Anyone else think it’s worth exploring further connections outside the immediate area?

I came across Robert's case while browsing today, and I'm curious about the initial search efforts. Was there any organized search party or specific areas that were targeted early on? Considering Robert was possibly last seen near the Apache Reservation, I wonder if that area was thoroughly investigated. Did the local authorities involve the community or tribal members in the search efforts back then? It's been so long, and details can get lost over time, but any insights from those early days might help piece things together.

Has anyone else been curious about the timeline of Robert’s movements before he was last possibly spotted near the Apache Reservation? Springerville isn't exactly a small town, but it’s small enough that someone passing through would likely be noticed. I’ve been digging around but haven’t found much about his activities leading up to that day. If he was planning on attending a family function, you'd think there'd be more details about where he was heading or who he might’ve been planning to meet in between. Who was the last person to confirm seeing him before that? It feels like there’s something important about figuring out exactly which roads he might've taken or if anyone else saw him on the way. Has anyone else heard more about this side of the case?
