Hey everyone, I feel so deeply for the Johnson family and the others who have lost someone to violence in Detroit. It’s a tough spot for the police, too, with so many cases and not enough resources to tackle them all. I was reading about the Cold Case Unit, and I really hope they can make some headway in Omar's case using newer technology. DNA evidence has cracked so many cases wide open recently—maybe it could be the key here, too. It’s frustrating when witnesses are too scared to come forward, but with anonymous tip lines, I hope someone with information finds the courage to speak up. Let’s keep Omar’s story in the spotlight and hope for some answers soon.
