Does anyone remember seeing Michele Luise Costantino around the Stoner Park area before she disappeared? I've been following her case for a while now, and I find it puzzling that there haven't been any solid leads after all these years. Michele was apparently quite tall at 5'10" with striking red hair and green eyes, which you'd think would make her more memorable to anyone who might have seen her. It feels like someone in that community must have seen something! Given that her last known whereabouts were in such a specific location, I'm curious about whether that area was known for any particular activity back in 1999. Was it a typical hangout spot for locals, or was there something else going on that might have attracted outsiders?
