Just wondering if anyone's looked into the hurricane angle in the Charles Blair case. With his family losing contact right around the time of that big storm in NC, it's got me thinking. Is it possible that something happened to him during the hurricane? Maybe he got caught up in the chaos and confusion of the evacuation process? Or could there be some kind of relocation program or survivor database from that time that hasn’t been checked? Seems like it could be a lead worth pursuing if it hasn’t been already. Anyone who knows more about disaster responses back then might have some insights. Thoughts?
