Just been reading about the tragic murder of Larry Green Jr., and my heart goes out to his loved ones. It's incredibly frustrating to think that this happened over a decade ago and there's still no closure for his family. The C-Note Lounge area was known for violence around that time, which makes me wonder if it was a case of being in the wrong place at the wrong time or if it was something more targeted. The fact that a reward was put out and still no one's come forward with solid info is troubling. It really highlights the fear and silence surrounding gun violence in Detroit back then. I really hope that one day someone with information will have the courage to speak up. Sharing any little detail might be what finally gives Larry’s family the answers they need. ?
Has anyone else been looking into the area around the C-Note Lounge? It seems like there have been multiple violent incidents there, and I'm wondering if that environment might have played a role in Larry Green Jr.'s tragic death. I can't help but feel for Larry's family, knowing they have been waiting all these years for answers. It's frustrating to see the lack of progress in the investigation, especially when it feels like the violence in that area ties so many cases together. I'm curious if there have been any efforts to increase security or change things around that neighborhood since those incidents. Anything that might have helped to prevent other families from enduring the same pain... Looking forward to hearing what others have found or think about this.
I came across Larry Green Jr.’s case while browsing through some old unsolved cases, and I can't stop thinking about it. The fact that this murder occurred near the C-Note Lounge – which had already seen numerous violent incidents – makes me wonder why more proactive measures weren't taken earlier to prevent further tragedies. Larry was only 28, far too young to have his life cut short like that. It’s so frustrating to see that, even with a reward offered, there's still no closure for his family. I can’t imagine the pain his loved ones must feel with each passing year without answers. I hope that someone who knows something will eventually come forward. Detroit's struggle with gun violence back in 2012 was serious, and Larry’s story is unfortunately just one of many. Does anyone know if there were any similar cases around that time near the same neighborhood? Could they be connected?
