I can't stop thinking about the last moments of Quinton's life at the Sunset Villa apartment complex. It's so chilling to imagine such a vibrant person's life ending so abruptly in a place that's supposed to be a community's home. I drove by there recently, and it just felt eerie knowing what happened in that parking lot. I hope the residents there are cooperating with the police because sometimes someone might notice things they don't realize are important. My heart goes out to Quinton's family. I can't imagine the pain they're going through, not having answers or closure. It’s times like these that we as a community need to step up and help in any way we can. If you know anyone who might have been in the area that night, encourage them to talk to the police. Even the smallest detail could be key.

Thank you so much this is still painful to know I can't talk to my little brother. It's a painful reality when community loyalty clashes with the need for justice and healing within families. The "no snitching" culture, while rooted in protecting communities, can inadvertently perpetuate cycles of violence and silence that cause immense pain. Speaking out is crucial to reclaiming our communities and ensuring the safety and well-being of our children.
