Has anyone else noticed how the role of the Warren County Drug Task Force hasn’t been discussed much in Amy's case? It’s incredibly frustrating for me to think about how agencies with the power to really make a difference sometimes seem to be working in the shadows. Amy's involvement—or the environment she found herself in due to the task force investigation—might hint at deeper issues within our community's approach to handling drug problems. It’s so important for a thorough investigation, not just into the individuals who committed the crime, but also into the circumstances that allowed such a tragedy to happen. My heart goes out to her boys, who have had to endure the loss of their mom under such confusing and painful circumstances. We all need to keep fighting for accountability and transparency to make sense of this situation for her loved ones. Anyone else feel this way?
