I was reading through some of the recent posts about My’Quan Bennett’s murder and can't stop thinking about the impact this has on his family and friends. I can’t even begin to imagine the pain they’re going through. Such a young life taken too soon. It's not just a loss to his family, but to the entire community. It's hard to comprehend how something like this could happen in our neighborhoods. I also feel frustrated knowing that there hasn't been any justice for My’Quan yet. It's perplexing why more hasn't been uncovered since that terrible night at the Friendly Inn parking lot. I really hope someone with information will come forward. It’s important that we keep talking about this and supporting his loved ones until there is some closure. Please, if anyone knows anything, even the smallest detail, reach out to Crime Stoppers. We owe it to My’Quan and his family. Every bit helps.
