Hey everyone,
I've been digging into the tragic story of Marlon Leapheart, and something that's really struck me is the lack of information available about the actual circumstances of his death. It's so sad to think about how many families like Marlon's never get the answers they need. I can't even imagine the frustration and pain of having so many unanswered questions about a loved one's passing.
Marlon's case is just one of many from 2012 that seem to be shrouded in mystery, and it's heartbreaking to see how this was a kind of pattern at the time in Detroit. I think it brings up a broader issue about how many cases, especially from violence-heavy years like 2012, didn't get the public attention or resolution they deserved.
It's so important to remember and honor people like Marlon, not just for their families' sake but to also remind us of the continuous work needed to improve these systems. I hope more light can be shed on cases like his in the future. My heart goes out to all those who loved Marlon.
Has anyone else noticed this or found any additional info on these older cases? It feels like they just vanished from the public eye.
Stay safe and let's keep sharing what we can find ? ?️
