Have you ever noticed how many crimes go unsolved when they occur on major roads or highways? It's like the perfect storm of witnesses zooming by, but nobody has a solid piece of the puzzle. The case of Shon Dural Rankin is such a devastating example. Being targeted out in the open like that means the shooter was either brazen, or there's something we're missing about that night. I keep wondering if there might be surveillance cameras on the freeway or nearby that could have captured something crucial. Perhaps a car speeding away? It's tragic how Shon’s family is enduring this pain for a second time. Losing Terrance back in '96 was bad enough, but now this. It's mind-boggling and truly sad. If anyone recalls traveling on I-680 around that time and saw or heard anything unusual, it might be worth letting the authorities know. Even the smallest detail could be the key to solving this mystery and giving Shon’s family some peace.
