Has anyone else read up on the background of where this happened? Chesterfield Court off Shadymist Lane isn't exactly known for its safety. I've been looking into this case because that area has always had a reputation for being rough, and I'm wondering if it played a role in what happened to Ivan Hughes. It’s so upsetting to think that Ivan might have been caught up in something way beyond his control just by being in the wrong place at the wrong time.
From what I've gathered, there's been a lot of crime in that part of Cincinnati, and I can't help but wonder if things would have turned out differently if community issues had been addressed sooner.
