Hey everyone, I've been following the Virgilio Aguilera case since it happened in 2020, and something that's been sticking with me is the time and location of the shooting. It was around 7:17 PM on Brandenberry Drive. Did anyone else find it strange how early it was? The sun wouldn't have fully set at that time in August, and it just makes me wonder if the shooters were brazen enough to pull this off when it wasn't even fully dark yet. It seems like such a risky move in a residential area. I've been thinking — maybe there's a chance someone saw something that seemed insignificant at the time. Even a small detail about the car or any unusual activity around that time could be helpful. It’s hard to imagine the pain Virgilio’s loved ones must be feeling with no leads after all this time. It’s frustrating, hoping for anything that makes a difference. Has anyone been following other cases that have been solved under similar circumstances? Hoping for some insight, and sending thoughts to Virgilio’s family. They deserve answers.

I've been following the case of Virgilio Aguilera and keep thinking about the impact on Brandenberry Drive's neighborhood. It must be so hard for the residents to live knowing such a violent act happened right there. Imagine having to explain to your kids why sirens were blaring on that evening or why the news vans were parked outside your home. It’s a reminder of how gun violence affects not just the victim and their family, but the entire community. I truly hope the Columbus Police Department makes a breakthrough soon. It takes incredible courage for a neighborhood to continue its daily life under such uncertainty. My heart goes out to Aguilera’s family and friends; nobody should have to endure this kind of pain and wonder if justice will ever be served. If anyone knows anything—even the smallest detail—please consider reaching out to the authorities. Every bit helps.
