I’ve been following Derrick Smith’s case closely, and I can't stop thinking about the absence of surveillance footage or eyewitness accounts being mentioned by investigators. It's baffling that in a city as bustling as Cleveland, there seems to be such a lack of evidence. Were there truly no cameras in the area, or have they just not been reviewed thoroughly? This just seems like such an obstacle in finding justice for Derrick. If anyone has insights or thoughts on whether the lack of camera footage is common in cases like this, I'd appreciate hearing them. Sending strength to Derrick’s family during this incredibly difficult time.
