I can't shake the feeling that there's more to the Continent Village Apartments than just being the location of Joe McGraw's tragic death. I've read other crimes have taken place there lately. Could it be that the environment or the people around there somehow play a part in what happened? It's just so gut-wrenching to think about how these dangerous spots can impact so many lives.
