I’ve been following Kevin Brown's case since it happened, and it just feels so wrong that his family is still waiting for justice, almost a decade later. It's deeply frustrating to see how many families are in the same situation in Detroit; the sheer number of unsolved cases is staggering. I've been hearing about how vital community tips can be, yet the reluctance from locals to speak up is understandable given the circumstances. What puzzles me is how widely publicized the efforts to improve forensic investigations have been, and yet it doesn’t seem to be making the impact one would hope for in cases like Kevin's. Is it the lack of resources, or is there something else at play that's not being addressed? The idea that technology could eventually bring answers is promising, but we need more immediate solutions too. Sending my thoughts to Kevin’s loved ones, hoping they find some peace and resolution soon.
