Did anyone else find it strange that Steve Compton called 911 himself to confess? It makes me wonder what was going through his mind after the incident. I can't imagine the kind of turmoil both families must be going through right now. Chris’s family has shown incredible strength amidst this tragedy, and it’s heartwarming to see the community rally around them. Plus, how brave is it of them to continue to share Chris's story and fight for justice? It’s a reminder that even in such dark times, there’s a network of support ready to help pick up the pieces. I hope there are answers soon, not just for the Smeby family, but for everyone who cared about Chris.
