Has anyone else been thinking about the quiet signs that might have been missed before this tragedy unfolded? I grew up in a small town similar to Avon Lake, and the close-knit feel can sometimes hide what people are going through. I didn’t know the Hulls personally, but it’s affecting me deeply. A lot of us never really think about what our neighbors could be silently facing, and in this case, it seems like something might have been brewing under the surface for some time. Heidi missing that call seems to have been the only red flag that got noticed. If only it hadn’t been too late. Being proactive about checking in with one another seems all the more important now. I can't stop thinking about how things might have been different if someone's earlier gut feelings had led to a conversation. Such a sobering thought. Sending my thoughts to everyone who knew and loved this family.
