Has anyone looked into Bobby Leonard Beavers' connections in neighboring states? Given that he might have been homeless, it's possible he traveled out of Arkansas seeking better opportunities or simply safer living conditions. Sometimes the homeless community can be quite transient. I wonder if there are any shelters or outreach programs in nearby states that keep records or might remember him.
