It's been over a year, and I'm still thinking about Jamour Funderburg and the impact his passing has had on his community. I keep wondering about that night on Wyton Court and why anyone would want to harm such a promising young man. He was on the brink of launching his clothing line, "Passer Le Flambeau," which really showed his entrepreneurial spirit and desire to create something meaningful for his daughters. It's inspiring but so sad to think about what he might have achieved had he been given the chance. I've driven through that part of Columbus a few times, and it's hard not to imagine his family's pain whenever I'm near Penfield Road. The fact that there's still no known motive or suspect is incredibly frustrating. This tight-knit community needs answers and, more importantly, justice for Jamour and his daughters.
