I've been following the case of Turell Justice and Leasha Owens closely, and it just baffles me how random violence can disrupt so many lives in the blink of an eye. It's a tragic reminder of how fleeting life can be and how unresolved pain lingers among those left behind. I keep thinking about the witnesses in situations like this—how incredibly difficult it must be for Chrisha Taylor and others to process what they experienced that night. Trauma from these events doesn't just vanish; it affects people for a long time, if not forever. The fact that it's been over a year, and there are still no arrests is deeply frustrating. I hope every day that someone comes forward or new evidence emerges to light the path to justice for Turell and Leasha. Their families deserve peace, knowing that those responsible for the violence have been held accountable. If anyone reading this knows something or hears anything on the ground, please consider reaching out to the authorities. Our community needs healing, and it starts with bringing the perpetrators to justice. Sending strength and solidarity to all who are grieving.
