I’ve been closely following the story about Thomas Hritzo III, or “Little Tommy” as many knew him. I can’t help but think about the circumstances surrounding his tragic death. It’s horrifying to read about how a night that started as any other turned into a nightmare for Tommy and his family. What really gets to me is how young everyone involved is. The suspects, just kids themselves, make you wonder about the influences and decisions leading up to that night. It makes me so sad for all the families involved, as they are all going through unimaginable pain right now. Hopefully, the ongoing investigation can bring some clarity and justice. But no matter what happens, it doesn’t change the fact that a promising young life was lost way too soon. Sending thoughts and strength to Tommy’s family as they navigate this difficult time.
