I came across William Alvarado's case while browsing through NamUs, and I've been following it closely ever since. It's got me thinking about how often crossing the border involves these risky, unplanned detours that can lead to disastrous outcomes. From what I understand, William's friend had to make a tough decision to keep moving forward, but it blows my mind how alone he must've felt after being left behind. Does anyone know if there have been any searches conducted in the areas surrounding where he might have been left? It's a tough terrain, and I can't help but wonder if there are other options for gathering more clues. Any info from locals who might know the area?
