It's been almost a decade since Dailey vanished, and I'm still puzzling over the cash withdrawal part. Was he really planning to buy a car that day, or could there have been some other reason he needed that money? Given that William Lee Worley tried using Dailey's credit card shortly after, I've always wondered if the money and the credit card could somehow be linked. Maybe there was more to their friendship than meets the eye, or perhaps Dailey was in over his head with someone else entirely. It's hard to shake the feeling that the cash withdrawal plays a key role in this mystery. Anyone else have thoughts on this angle, or is it just a red herring?
I've been looking into Dailey's disappearance and something keeps bothering me about the whole credit card situation with Worley. So, Dailey withdraws cash the day he disappears, right? But then his credit card gets used a few days later? Why would Worley use a credit card instead of cash? It almost feels like he either didn't know about the cash or couldn't get his hands on it. Does anyone know if there's any info on whether the cash was ever found? It seems like an important detail, and I'm curious if there's more to this angle that could help piece things together. Thoughts?
