Has anyone else been thinking about the community response to the Wheeler tragedy? I can't stop wondering how much a burden like that affects everyone in the town long-term. It seems like Denver really rallied around Angela's remaining family and friends, but I can't imagine how strong you have to be to go through something like this. I read about how the church organized support groups and services, but sometimes these tragedies leave scars that last a lifetime. I truly hope everyone involved is finding a way to heal and remember Angela and her family with love. Does anyone know if there are still ongoing community programs or initiatives in Denver focused on mental health or crisis intervention since it happened?
