Given the dedication RJ had to his work and family, I've been thinking about what his work environment must have meant to him. Working at Thomas Built Buses for over 14 years is no small feat, and it speaks volumes about his commitment and skills. I wonder if his coworkers there saw anything unusual leading up to his tragic passing. It sounds like he was a talented welder and fabricator, so I hope his colleagues who shared those long hours with him might have a sense of his state of mind in his last days or if anything seemed amiss. It must be incredibly difficult for them to deal with this loss too. RIP RJ, your work ethic and the love for your family shines through in all the stories shared about you.
