Does anyone know if there were any additional witnesses around the Two Leggins River area on the day James went missing? It just seems odd to me that there weren't more people who saw anything, given it was a summer day and the river is a popular spot. Plus, with it being close to Crow Agency, I'd imagine there would be some regular foot traffic or other activities. If there were folks nearby, it would be interesting to hear if anyone saw something or maybe even heard a commotion. Sometimes an extra pair of eyes or ears can shed some light on the situation. I can't shake the feeling that there's more to this story. The river's conditions were definitely dangerous, but with James unable to swim, it baffles me why he went in. Was there any attempt to retrieve him immediately when he was noticed missing, or was everything too frantic? It's really mysterious and so frustrating that there are still no answers after all this time. What's everyone's take on the search efforts? Do you think more could have been done at the time, or was it really just an insurmountable situation?
