Glyn's case truly hits close to home, and my heart goes out to his family, especially his mom, Yvonne. I can't even imagine the pain she must feel every day, knowing her son was taken so violently right outside his home. It makes me really question the state of safety in our neighborhoods if something like this can happen to someone just walking to a store.
I know Rocky Mount has been facing difficulties with resources, but it's frustrating that there hasn't been more progress. It seems like these unsolved cases stack up and the families are left in limbo, which must be deeply upsetting.
For anyone in the community—if you heard or saw something that night or know anything at all, please consider reaching out. It could make all the difference. Justice is the least that Glyn's family deserves. Let's not let this case slip into the pile of forgotten ones.
