Has anyone else been following Tyrone Vincent Conyers' case? It's so frustrating to see how many homicides in Detroit are left unsolved, and my heart goes out to Tyrone's family during this difficult time. Given the substantial backlog the Cold Case Unit in Detroit is dealing with, I wonder if community involvement could play a bigger role in solving these cases. Maybe there are people out there who remember something about that day but haven't come forward yet because of distrust or fear. If there were more efforts to ensure witness protection, perhaps more individuals would feel secure in sharing what they know. Does anyone else think increasing community support and engagement could be a game-changer here? Tyrone and so many others deserve justice.
