I've been following Lynne Lurline Umerah's case closely, and one aspect that's been really on my mind is the impact on the kids who were in the house at the time of the shooting. It's just devastating to think about the trauma they must be carrying from witnessing such a terrifying incident. Being present in the aftermath of losing someone in such a violent way is something that no child should have to endure. It's imperative for the community to support these children and their families by providing resources for counseling and any other necessary help. If anyone in the Fayetteville area knows about support groups or services that are available, it would be great to share that information here. Healing is a long journey, and the more we can do to guide and uplift one another, the better. My heart goes out to Lynne's family and those innocent kids who are caught in the whirlpool of this tragedy. Let's rally together to ensure they get the care they need.
