Has anyone else been looking at the role of substance abuse in this case? I just keep thinking about how the discovery of those meth labs at Stewart's place might have been a significant factor. It's so concerning to realize the kind of environment Booker was living in and how that might have influenced his actions. It makes me feel for both families, knowing that addiction and its ripple effects can be so devastating. Dewey didn’t deserve to become a victim in this chain of events. I hope investigators are considering this aspect seriously, and I especially hope this can serve as a wake-up call for anyone involved in that world to get help before things escalate like they did here. Anyone have thoughts on this?

Hey everyone, I’ve been following the Dewey Ervin Gray case closely, and I can’t get over how complex and tragic this whole situation is. I wanted to dive into something I found particularly unsettling: the discovery of multiple "one pot" meth labs at James Leonard Stewart's residence. It’s alarming to think about the kind of environment Dewey and Stewart were in. It's devastating knowing that Dewey was caught up in this, and I keep thinking about how this detail might have added pressure or stress to the situation on that tragic day. Meth labs are dangerous and indicate a chaotic living situation for Stewart, which could potentially explain some of the irrational decisions made in the heat of the moment. I can’t help but wonder how much of a role this played in Dewey's death. My thoughts are with Dewey's family and friends. I hope they find strength during this incredibly difficult time. I also keep hoping the truth comes out in full so that justice is served, not only for Dewey but to address the broader issues at play here. Hoping we can find some answers as the case progresses.
