I've been thinking a lot about the ripple effect of this horrifying event on Miranda Woods' family, especially her little girl, Makayla. I can't even begin to imagine how difficult it must have been for her to grow up without her mother. Miranda was working so hard to build a better future for both of them, juggling classes and her job at CVS. It really underscores how deeply this tragedy affected everyone who knew her and even those who didn't. It's important to remember the people left behind who have to pick up the pieces. Does anyone know if there have been any community support events or fundraisers to help Makayla and other affected family members over the years? It seems like the kind of thing that could bring some comfort or at least show them that they aren't alone.
