I’ve been thinking a lot about the community's role in helping solve Deandre Eugene Hill’s case in New Bern. It's hard to believe it's been years, and we’re still seeking justice for him. I can't imagine the frustration and pain his family and friends are enduring.
One thought that keeps coming up is whether there was anything unusual happening on or around Stimpson Street leading up to December 22, 2016. Did anyone notice any unfamiliar vehicles or people in the area around that time? Sometimes these small observations don't seem important, but they could be key pieces of the puzzle.
It’s really important for anyone who might remember something, even the tiniest detail, to speak up. It might not seem significant at first, but you never know how it could help. Sending all my love to Hill’s family. Let’s keep his memory alive and continue pushing for justice. If we work together, maybe we can find the answers they need.
Hey everyone,
I've been really interested in the case of Deandre Eugene Hill from New Bern. Something that stands out to me is the community's resilience and determination to keep his memory alive. A friend of mine who used to attend the vigils mentioned how powerful and emotional those gatherings have been. It’s truly heartwarming to see the town come together to support Hill's family, even as the years drag on without any resolution.
It seems like the vigils have been more than just a space to mourn—they're also a way for people to remind each other that they won’t just let this case fade into the background. It’s a testament to the strength and unity of New Bern, proving how much Deandre meant to those who knew him.
I really hope we see a breakthrough soon, not just for the sake of justice, but for the community that continues to rally around his loved ones. If anyone has attended the vigils or has any other thoughts, I’d love to hear them.
Stay safe out there, everyone.
