I’ve been following Jacob Hernandez’s case and something that's really been on my mind is the role of that woman who witnessed the whole thing from inside the car. I'm wondering how terrifying that must have been for her and how it could impact her going forward. Being a witness to such a violent act must weigh heavily, not to mention knowing that Suarez had texted her his intentions beforehand. It makes me think about the immense courage it must have taken to come forward and provide testimony to help the case.
It’s just so devastating, and my heart goes out not only to Jacob's family but also to everyone involved or affected by the tragedy, especially the witnesses who now carry those memories with them. Hoping for justice and peace for all those touched by this senseless act.
