It's puzzling to me why Ed Cox's car was found with just a flat tire and no other signs of what happened. A lot of folks get a flat and would either fix it themselves or call for help; there's usually some indication of what comes next. The fact that Ed didn't use his credit cards makes me wonder if he decided to leave on foot to get help, but still, nothing? It's like he vanished into thin air. Given that he was last seen quite a distance from the nearest populated area, it must have been a tough journey if he was trying to find help on foot. Does anyone else think it's odd he was in such a remote spot to begin with? Was he familiar with the area or maybe taking a scenic route? Anyone else have thoughts on why he might've chosen to drive there?
Hey everyone, I've been following the case of Edward "Ed" Cox who went missing around Cave Creek, Arizona. One thing that's really puzzling to me is the choice of route he took. I mean, why head down Forest Road 24 towards Bloody Basin Road, especially if his family says they don't know why he'd be in Arizona? Was he exploring or heading to meet someone we don't know about? It just seems odd, especially with his car found in such a remote area. Maybe he was trying to get somewhere specific or taking a scenic route? Any locals or frequent visitors to that area have any thoughts on this? Could it be a detour due to bad weather or road conditions?
Hey everyone, I was just thinking about Ed Cox and what might have led him to be in Arizona, especially so far from home in Las Vegas. Does anyone else find it odd that his family doesn't know why he was out there? I mean, it seems a bit strange to take such a trip without telling anyone. Could it be related to his experience with manic depression? I'm not trying to speculate on his health, but I'm just curious if it might have influenced his decision to travel. Has anyone heard of any nearby businesses or locals seeing someone matching his description in that area around the time he disappeared? It's baffling. Just hoping to spark some discussion or see if anyone else has similar thoughts.
