Has anyone else noticed the peculiar circumstances around the charges against Brooke Ann Kellems in Austin Matulevic’s case? I find it strange that she was charged with possession with intent to sell and deliver marijuana, but there seems to be no direct link to Austin’s murder in the information released. Could it be that the authorities are trying to build a larger case, or is this charge unrelated and coincidental to the shooting? It’s puzzling because the charges don’t seem connected, yet they’re part of the same report. My heart goes out to Austin's family as they navigate this complex situation. Hoping for justice and some clarity soon. Anyone else have thoughts on this aspect?

She was Jerrods girlfriend at the time. She was in the house when everything happened, but she was in a different room. She was actually the one who called 911. She was only arrested because she was there.. The only reason she was charged with destruction of evidence was because she admitted to flushing dope before the cops got there when she was being questioned, and the marijuana that she was charged with wasnt even hers, it was Jerrods.

Whats odd to me is that Jerrod is still sitting in county awaiting trial.. I think they just recently set his trial date.
