Has anyone else been following the discussions around the legal defense put forward by Alan Corder’s team? While the situation is absolutely tragic and my heart goes out to Justin Anderson's family during this awful time, I'm really torn about the arguments presented. It's such a complex issue when it comes to self-defense laws and property crimes. Some people argue that business owners should have the right to defend their livelihoods, but then you have to consider the severity of using lethal force. I recently watched a documentary about similar cases, and it seems like the legal lines are very blurred. Has there been any news on if there's been a change in public sentiment or legal precedents since the incident with Justin? Just trying to make sense of all this and would appreciate any insights or thoughts y'all might have. Stay safe, everyone.
