Has anyone looked into whether David Tilton might have had plans to hike the Pacific Crest Trail or if he had any experience with long-distance hiking before his disappearance? I just find it curious that his car was found near the trail. It makes me wonder if he planned to vanish into the wilderness intentionally. Given the timing with his intended FBI appointment, it might be worth exploring whether he had any connections or spots along the trail where he could have sought refuge. Maybe checking with local hiking communities or shelters along the PCT might yield new leads. It's such a puzzling case!
