Has anyone looked into the background of Timothy Lee Sauls? I've been trying to find any info on him, but haven't had much luck. Given that he lived in the same block as Chuck, it seems likely they must have had some kind of prior interactions. I feel like understanding their relationship might help us make sense of this senseless act. It’s so hard to imagine what Chuck’s family must be going through, losing someone so cherished and full of life.
